Early Career Researcher (non-Member, Early Bird) – $500.00
This ticket type for Early Career Researchers within 5 years of graduation from PhD. Please ensure a copy of your graduation certificate is available.
Exhibitor registration
This is to allow exhibitors to register their attendance and details. The cost of exhibitors is included in the various sponsorship packages.
Full Registration (non-Member) - Early bird – $700.00
For non-members of the AIP
Plenary Speaker
For invited plenary speakers to the AIP Summer Meeting only. Individual codes will be emailed.
Conference dinner included.
Retiree (non-Member, Early Bird) – $400.00
This ticket type for Retired delegates.
Single Day (non-Member) – $350.00
For those who can only attend one day of the Summer Meeting
Student (non-Member, Early Bird) – $350.00
This ticket type for Student non-members. That is, either undergraduate, Honours, Masters or PhD students. Please ensure that you upload your enrollment details with your registration.
To attend social events only
This is for those people who do not intend to attend the scientific program of the AIP Summer Meeting 2025, but would like to attend the social events such as the Conference dinner.

About the Meeting

The 2025 Australian Institute of Physics (AIP) Summer Meeting will be held on the 1^st – 5^th of December 2025 at the University of Wollongong, Australia.

This inexpensive meeting is targeted at Australia-based professional scientists, academics, post-doctoral researchers and PhD students.

The AIP Summer Meeting is the biennial meeting of the Australian Institute of Physics (AIP) that has run since 2017 in the capital cities Sydney (2017), Melbourne (2019), Brisbane (2021) and Canberra (2023). This is the first time that the Summer Meeting will be held in a regional location within Australia, and we are very proud to hold this event at the University of Wollongong, NSW.
