Submitting an abstract?

The AIP use Indico for abstract submissions. Indico will serve as a central repository for congress materials related to the scientific program, allowing users to submit abstracts and upload and download presentations securely. To do so, you would need to have an Indico account. Below is a short guide on setting up an account and submitting an abstract. There are some fantastic online resources to guide us. We have created this user guide to help you set up an account and get started.

Before submitting your abstract:

Before submitting, consider all the information you need to first prepare. Enter all your information onto our global submission page, via Indico.

  1. Title
  2. Short summary (300-word limit)
  3. List all authors on the paper
  4. Name of author representing the research at Congress
  5. What is your contribution type, (Invited Talk/Plenary/Poster)
  6. What is your area of specialisation, (Track)

Registration

Congress Dates: Monday, 7 December  -  Friday, 11 December
